My name is Maria Yang (in Chinese: 杨肇敏). I am a Chinese American and the daughter of immigrants. I currently live in Seattle with my family.
I never intended to become a psychiatrist, yet here I am. My interests in psychiatry are where it intersects with everything else, particularly public health. Here’s my CV. Teaching is one of my strengths.
